Dane and the team at PRD have been very helpful and straight forward with us on the sale of our home. We found him to be helpful, courteous, and professional in every aspect of our dealings with him. He would always respond quickly if we contacted him. Top notch customer service! Would definitely use PRD in the future and would be happy to have Dane and his team as our agents.

We met PRD many times as we were searching for a property in Port Stephens. Dane and his abundant and professional team persevered with us over many properties and multiple inspections. There was always a way found to get us into a property when we were unable make open houses, and the courtesy and dedication of Dane and the team was exceptional. It was a pleasure to work with you Dane, and with Erin and Jack. Thank you for your professionalism and focus to bring seller and buyer together.

We have a fair number of investment properties and in my and my partner’s view, Dane and his team is probably the most professional out of all we have dealt with. Very united. Constant update and validation of dynamic circumstances. Wouldn’t hesitate to state you must at least include a conversation with Dane in your list of possible agents if considering any property sale or purchase.

I have come to know Dane when buying a previous property and then recently selling my property. With his assistance I received great market value. I found Dane to be committed and enthusiastic in his approach on both occasions. His local market knowledge was exceptional and his logic to the process was commendable. He was very approachable and genuine in both situations and made the buying process stress free.
