We listed our holiday house with Dane with the view of taking it to auction. With Dane’s list of waiting buyers and knowledge of the market Dane was able to secure a pre-auction sale within one week of listing at a more than satisfactory price. We would highly recommend Dane and PRD Port Stephens.

Huge thanks to Dane and Georgia for assisting us in purchasing our next forever home. Dane has looked after our family for a number of years now so it was a no brainer to contact him when we were ready to buy. Within 4-5 weeks Dane and he trusting offsider Georgia had found our next property. The purchasing process was someone stressful but Dane and Georgia’s reassurance and guidance made it so much easier.
