Dane is a very enthusiastic agent with extensive knowledge of the Port Stephens market. He is very respectful of the vendor's wishes but also has great experience and is therefore able to provide lots of very sound advice about marketing strategies and options. He is flexible in his approach, is an excellent communicator and inspires great confidence. He was able to achieve a result for our property which exceeded our expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Dane's services.

On behalf of my wife Linda and I, we would like to say a big thank you to Dane, Meg, Grace and all the PRD team for the sale of our house during difficult times and circumstances with all the present COVID-19 issues, and difficulties surrounding the showing of properties right now. It's not by chance that Dane and his team have become Port Stephens most trusted and number one selling agent. All the staff at PRD have a great can do attitude, and it was truly a delight working with everyone from the initial consult right through to final exchange of contracts. After having sold several properties over the years I can honestly say we have never had a better more positive experience selling a property. Keep up the good work PRD, as we look forward to working with you all again. Both Linda and I would highly recommend both Dane and the PRD team when you are considering selling or buying your home.

Dane took our family into consideration as we sold in the time of covid-19. His knowledge on sale and thorough detail to the high risk situation was on point with care. Dane comunicated and walked us through everything and found a buyer in record time. And above our thought of price👌

Dane has a wide knowledge of the local market and keeps abreast of up-to-date sales statistics and current listings. We appreciated Dane's ability to consider our needs when recommending suitable properties as they came onto the market. Dane was always available to respond to any requests made, keeping us up to date at all times. He was highly organised, efficient and proactive, always following up on any issues as they arose. Throughout the process of our purchase, Dane acted professionally at all times no matter what the circumstance. We would highly recommend Dane's services whether selling or buying a property. His knowledge and experience are second to none.

Despite several major setbacks, (all beyond Dane's control), he remained calm and resolute, kept his head down and ultimately produced an excellent result. Most agents know the market and can run an open house, however not many are willing to go the extra mile when the road is difficult; Dane is one such agent. Not only that, he's a good communicator to boot! I can wholeheartedly recommend Dane.
