Property sale a painless experience
I had an investment property in Broome for 10 years and hadn't been there in over 5. I was considering selling and had a conversation with Andrew about the market behaviour. Andrew was able to provide me with a profile of the current market and buyers that made the decision to sell easily. I had a buyer before the property was advertised and the sale went through without a hitch, only delaying settlement to meet the expiry of the lease.
