Could not have asked for a better experience
This was my first experience of purchasing a property and dealing directly with a real estate agent. Wes guided me through the process respectfully and knowledgeably. He was authentic in his interactions with me and I felt comfortable in asking any question. His communication style was friendly. If I ever had to sell a property or needed a propoerty manager, Wes would be the first person I would consult.

Great communication
Being our first time buying established, Wes was more than happy to walk us through what was required to purchase, recommended a great mortgage broker and settlement agent. We got delayed by the bank but Wes was constantly in contact between us and the seller to keep things running smooth, and even sorted out early possession when our settlement date got delayed again so we could move in over the weekend we needed to. Always upfront and honest without any of the salesman bullshit.

Absolutely exceptional!!
Wes' local knowledge, experience & casual approach was refreshing. Whilst still looking after his client's interests, he was able to make me feel like I was his client too by being honest and forthcoming with me. I knew exactly what I was buying without any hidden agenda. I will happily list my property with him to sell as I know he will do his best for me. Wes was easy to communicate with, provided prompt replies and exceptional advice. Highly recommend for either a purchaser or vendor.
