We recently went through a very difficult experience that ultimately required us to leave the property we were renting. Throughout what was an incredibly stressful time, Kym was nothing short of exceptional. Her support, compassion, and genuine care made an enormous difference, and we are truly grateful for everything she did to help us. We have always rented high‑end properties, and unfortunately, our experience with many property managers in the past has been disappointing. Too often we’ve encountered rudeness, condescension, and a lack of accountability, even being blamed for issues that were never ours. Kym was the complete opposite. She stood out immediately with her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond in every interaction. Kym shines in her role. She treats tenants with respect, communicates clearly, and handles challenges with empathy and efficiency. What impressed us even more is that she brings the same level of dedication and integrity when working with property owners. It’s rare to find someone who balances both sides so well. The definition of mismanagement is "PRD Burleigh". From the outside of failed to implement the original contractual agreement with the tenant to a confusing array of personnel as to you in actually responsible. Main Issues: - Tenancy set up - Timeliness of communication - had to follow all the time - Lack of clear ownership of the team - Who is Responsible in the team and a real lack of ownership and excuses - Tenancy leaving and dispute was poorly handled I would not recommend this agency to anyone with any serious quality property.

During our tenancy, a supplied appliance had ongoing issues that were not addressed in a timely manner, causing inconvenience. Communication with the agency was often slow or unhelpful, and requests for documentation and information were difficult to obtain. The agency also failed to show understanding or compassion when concerns were raised. Overall, the experience was stressful, inflexible, and unprofessional. They do not care for tenants in any way. I would not recommend this agency.

This prominently shines through as she always has a favourable outcome and always delivers on her promises, no matter how big or small. In all my years as a Landlord, I have never found any Property Manager who is an equal to Averil.
