Thanks to Paula, the entire process of listing, marketing and selling my home was a pleasure. Paula showcased my home beautifully and as a result was sold 3 days after it went live on the market. I am over the moon with the purchase price. Paula went above and beyond with her communication and attention to every detail. I highly recommend Paula as she clearly has a deep knowledge of the market and fantastic people skills. I am so grateful to Paula for her friendly and professional service.

I have had the privilege of dealing with Paula as both a buyer and this time as the vendor. Paula is an exceptional agent and achieved an amazing result within only hours of listing the property. Paula is the only agent I will use in the future.

I highly recommend both Paula and Mackenzie. I was very comfortable with their professional approach, they explained every step of the process, I had not sold a property in many years. Their communication is excellent.

Alex at PRD Burleigh Heads was a breath of fresh air in the world of real estate. His honesty and transparency were refreshing. He never pressured us into making a decision and always had our best interests at heart. I appreciated his willingness to answer any questions, no matter how trivial. His professionalism and integrity were evident throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Alex from PRD Burleigh Heads to anyone looking for a trustworthy and ethical real estate agent.

Working with Alex was a breeze. He had great knowledge of the area and knew the exact type of buyer my property would suit. He always responded to my messages and calls quickly and moved at a pace that suited me well. He was very kind in following up with my rental property manager at the time, for me, as I was very busy at work at the time. I would highly recommend him and Braiden for their professionalism and great presentation of my property at a very high standard. Very happy client.

Paula achieved a great result for us… the best in this complex and was a pleasure to deal with. She is very savvy when it comes to the building game so had some good ideas on how to make improvements to get the best outcome. Would highly recommend her and happy to give a reference if required.
