We recently purchased our new home with Paula Dunford’s help, and her exceptional service made the process seamless. Despite a lengthy sale cycle due to our constraints, Paula communicated honestly and clearly, keeping us informed every step of the way. She skillfully navigated all considerations, ensuring both our needs and the seller’s were met. We highly recommend Paula to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated real estate agent.

Braiden made a stressful move much smoother and effortless. This was due to his vast and up to date knowledge of the market, his constant communication keeping us in the loop at all times and not to mention his professionalism. Braiden and Caitlin were very easy to communicate with and the end result was beyond our expectation. I would hands down recommend Braiden and his team to anyone looking for a smooth and successful sale of property. We also purchased through Braiden and Caitlin and the same applied to the purchase. Very helpful, professional, knowledgable and just the best people to deal with.

Braiden is our 'go to' guy whenever we are looking at buying or selling property and to date, he has sold 2 apartments for us and purchased 1 as well, exceeding our expectations. Braiden kept us informed about any developements and went above and beyond to keep us in the loop. His area market knowledge of Burleigh Heads, is exceptional. He is a cut above the rest with his professionalism and positivity and we highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great agent. Bottom line is we trust him

The PRD team were a dream to work with! Shelley, John & Ben sold our property in record time for the price we wanted, they had a great local data base of potential buyers and the whole process was very smooth. Shelley's communication was always on point, and the whole team made us feel confident they had our best interests at heart. The PRD management team had been managing the property as a rental for a number of years, thanks also for their care and attention. Highly recommended!

From point of signing contract to listing Alex was very clear with advertising and marketing costs, read the market accurately and as a result, sold our home in approx 3 weeks. Alex was more than responsive to any requests we made to ensure that sale of our property was effected without any hiccups and secured in a timely manner. Thank you Alex 😊

I bought a property online from Melbourne, I knew the area and had inspected many before my purchase. Braiden was so professional. From first call to walk thru videos. He made the process between myself and Vendor an easy transaction. Tied up the deal in one day. Settled. His colleagues are amazing. Caitlin helped me with the entire pre settlement stages right thru from Trades people to access for quotes and communicating between purchaser and vendor to make things settle smoothly. 10/10!
