We recently sold our second property through John and he maintained the same high standard of professionalism, communication and work ethic. John and Shelley went above and beyond what you'd expect from a real estate agency and we would not choose any other agent to sell future properties through.

Although the listing was through John and Shelley we mostly dealt with Ben who was an absolute delight. After purchasing our property in Tallebudgera Valley I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending John and the team at PRD. Kelly & Damien

John's knowledge of market was detailed and accurate. His authentic personality, professionlism, and the way he got to the point with no fuss, won me over. I would definitely recommend him and his team to others.

Our home had been on the market for 7 months without an offer and within 5 weeks of changing real estates it was sold. It was the best decision we made to list with a real estate agent with a large database.

Paula was great. We went to many agencies looking for a property, but only Paula took the time to find out what we wanted and made a huge effort to find us as many properties as possible to fit the criteria. We found the right one quickly and the purchase was quick and effortless. We would heartily recommend Paula to anyone looking to buy or sell their property

🤩 If you’re looking to sell your home, we couldn’t recommend John and his team any more highly. Their clear, professional and proactive communication meant we felt in the loop and confident we were getting the best advice from start to finish. We sold in a changing market, where buyers are taking more time to decide and making lower offers. Even so, John’s approach to negotiating meant we sold at a price even higher than originally anticipated. Thanks team 🙌🏽

An outstanding result! John, Shelley & their team performed both professionally & diligently throughout the sale process, achieving a speedy sale & a price that exceeded my initial expectations. Well done!

John and Shelley and their awesome team definitely break the mould of the typical "pushy" real estate agent that you deal with regularly on the Gold Coast. They are genuinely good people to deal with, keep you updated every step of the way and make the stressful process of selling your property fun and exciting. Even in an uncertain market with rising interest rates, they achieved a sales result that exceeded our expectations. Couldn't recommend them enough. 5 stars from us.

John and Shelley are the best agents I have dealt with. John and Shelly certainly know their market and found the buyer we needed and got us more money we could have imagined. I highly recommend both John and Shelly to anyone wanting to sell their home.
