What attracted us to using Adam and his team to sell our house was his friendly and approachable personality. He is not a suit and tie kind of realestate agent. However, he seems to sell properties at a faster and higher rate than the corporate style agents. He was always contactable. He offered us some excellent advice right from renovation stages all the way through and after the sale was complete. I still feel now we could pick up the phone and call him for advice and he would be more than happy for the chat. Sarah was an amazing agent to deal with. She is very approachable person and offered us some great advice. She made us feel very confident about our styling choices and really made the whole process very easy to manage. We have no hesitation in saying they were the best choice for us to sell our house and we will 100% be using them in the future.

Adam and Sarah are the #1 agents in the Miami real estate game. Their properties sell for a considerably higher price point which is the main reason we chose to list our property with them. All you need to do is compare recent sales in the area to see that this is true. On top of achieving higher yielding results, they are genuine, direct (saving us time), collaborative and set expectations clearly when pricing our property. Adam, Sarah and Melissa have been very easy to work with. Adam has given us his time over a long period, initially valuing our home 3+ years ago. He made recommendations prior to our renovation to add value to our property which we took on board. As sellers, there was no question as to who we would list with and we would not hesitate to sell through Adam again. He achieved a price that we feel would not have been surpassed in the peak of the FY21/22 market. We are significantly past the peak now and are truly delighted with the results that Adam was able to achieve. Separately as buyers, we have enquired on other properties currently for sale in the area (listed with other agents). One agent still has not returned 2 phone calls and 2 separate text messages (4 tries by us over a weeklong period) on a property listing in Miami. On the contrary, Adam and Sarah have returned every phone call we've ever made as a buyer AND as a seller. We highly recommend them.
