We worked with Sarah and Adam and both were very easy to liaise with. They made the experience simple and straight forward. Especially as first home buyers they were great to work with.

Adam is communicative, informative and proficient. This is formed through him understanding his clients needs and continuously keeping in contact throughout the entire process. Not many agents these days have this simple skill which helps set him apart.

We were really happy with John, Shelley and Ben and their assistance in selling our acreage property. From the get go they were accommodating to our time line and helped us ensure we met our dead lines. Right up until the very end they were in contact making sure the deal was over the line. Ben provided us with plenty of laughs along the way and made the experience one we won’t forget. Thanks PRD team! There was never a doubt we would use you guys!

John’s in-depth knowledge of the area, his friendly professionalism and eagerness to assist has made him and his team at PRD Burleigh Heads a delight to work with. I’d highly recommend him to both vendors and buyers.

It was our first time in dealing with Paula, but it was a great experience and we are sure we will work with her in the future.
Paula Dunford
After having purchased our property with Paula back in 2019, there were no doubts that when we decided to sell, Paula was the agent of choice. Paula is extremely enthusiastic, trustworthy and professional in her approach to all things real estate. Paula provides regular feedback and is extremely reliable. We would have no hesitation recommending Paula and her team to anyone thinking of buying or selling property.

Adam & Sarah made the process so effortless, stress free and really an easy process which is what I was looking for. I was completely confident in their ability and their local knowledge. Managed to achieve an amazing record price, and I sincerely believe this is all due to Choosing Adam and Sarah as our agents. Can’t thank and recommend them enough! Cheers, Sheree – Seller

I recently sold my home at Miami with Adam and Sarah and was exceptionally impressed with their professionalism and warmth. I decided to buy back into the area - the best neighbourhood on the GC in my humble opinion! - in the same highly competitive market and, like my experience as a seller, Adam and Sarah made the experience seamless and stress free. I am thrilled with my new Miami casa and would highly recommend Adam and Sarah to anyone looking at buying into the Miami area.
