I bought a property through Adam and I was very surprised that he took the first offer I gave and did not try to negotiate with me to increase my price. I was prepared to pay a LOT more, so it was good for me, but not good for the owner he was representing. After contracts were signed, I felt that Adam lost all interest in managing the rest of the sales process. Emails were regularly ignored, even a pre-arranged inspection was missed with no real explanation. I just felt he was letting the heat of the market do all of the work and he just wanted a quick result, rather than professionally managing the deal. This is the first time I have ever left an agent a poor review, but I felt that our experience warranted a warning to prospective clients.
