I met Paula when inspecting a property when I wasn't yet ready to sell. She mentioned she had a property coming onto the market in the future and we kept in touch with a premarket inspection and constantly kept me in the loop. She knew I wanted to buy before selling and was able to secure my purchase and unconditional sale within 2 weeks. I always found her extremely personable and professional. Her communication skills are amazing, local knowledge & experience as a building designer helpful.
