John Fischer
We were very impressed with John. He and his other team members, Ben and Shelley were friendly and professional. They kept us up to date with what was happening. They gave us advice and opinions but didn't try to pressure us into any course of action. Besides they were really nice people. Would definitely use their services again.
John Fischer
We chose John firstly because he was the market leader in Real Estate sales especially in our area. It became very clear upon our meeting that he was personable and down to earth and he has a practical knowledge of properties. John delivered by getting a fantastic price for our property in a very short amount of time and his team Shelley & Ben were fantastic support and followed through in every instant. We thoroughly recommend this team to anyone seeking great valve for their property!

Shelley and John have incredible local knowledge, are extremely professional, and deliver results. Hands down the best in the Gold Coast!

John Ben and Shelley were fabulous to deal with - prompt and honest and a no nonsense approach. We would be more than delighted to deal with them anytime. Great work team!!

We dealt with Shelley, John’s colleague throughout most of the sale and also with John during the negotiation phase - both were incredibly professional, friendly and with a great local knowledge that helped us out-of-towners feel comfortable.

John, Shelly and Ben were professional and knowledgeable about the market, helped guide us through the process of selling our house with respect and honest communication ensuring we had a positive result. Thank you all for an awesome job.

A big thanks to John and his Team at PRD ! Whilst the Gold Coast Property Market was ‘flying’ they still kept up a determined effort to achieve a great outcome . Always very professional and excellent communication with a friendly manner.

First of all we would like to thank the team at PRD Burleigh who were involved in the sale of our house, namely Adam and Sarah. From the marketing, presentation, advertising and verbal correspondence, We couldn’t be happier with the outcome for our home. Adam and Sarah have a wealth of knowledge between them to present any home for sale within the area. Would highly recommend PRD Burleigh heads if you are thinking of selling your home or for that matter renting, as these guys had our house listed as a rental while it was being sold. Thank you so much for a great outcome Adam & Sarah!

John, Shelley & the team were totally professional in all our dealings. I found them to be totally honest & up front from the start. However, the best thing for our family was how friendly & thoughtful they both were to us throughout the whole process. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John, Shelley & the team to anyone looking to purchase a home.

First class communication and service on all levels. John (and Shelley) were professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Generally, I am suspicious of real estate agents however both John and Shelley made us feel at ease and we felt comfortable in all our dealings. John intimately understands the Tallebudgera market and we would highly recommend both sellers and buyers to John and the PRD team.

We chose John, Shelley and the PRD Burleigh Heads team primarily on recent performances in our area. We couldn’t have been happier with this decision and John’s service. He was professional the whole way through the very short process. He achieved a new record by beating it by 1 million dollars in our suburb. Very happy sellers. Sarah and Brendon
