We have recently purchased our first property which was being sold by Braiden through PRD Burleigh. As a buyer, Braiden was an excellent agent to work with, and made sure the process ran smoothly for us, and all parties involved. It felt like he was the fair and friendly link between us and the seller, as well as everyone else involved. Braiden was able to get us through the property on multiple occasions and was always there ready to go when we arrived. We were in constant communication throughout the contract process which eased the emotions associated with buying property and it felt like he was a friend celebrating with us when it finally came time to put the sold sticker on the "for sale" sign. I'd definitely recommend Braiden to anyone looking for an agent!
