Braiden and Mark Smith from PRD at Burleigh Heads competed with a shortlist of three other preferred agents for the opportunity to sell our property. Their presentation was very down to earth, covering all points including managing our expectation of what the house was worth. They clearly weren't talking it up to get the listing, they were realistic every step of the way. Mark was the agent when we purchased that house. He worked hard on us for our best offer then, and he and Braiden did the same to the new buyers this time around. Happy with that :-) Advertising options were very clearly presented, and were easily decided upon. They also provided some very useful insight into the differences between the various levels of advertising, showing how sometimes the most expensive is not necessarily the most cost effective.
