It was a pleasure dealing with John Fischer with our purchase.

My mother and I found John to be very professional, honest, knowledgeable, helpful and a great communicator. We had several other local agents out before deciding to go with John. We felt very comfortable with John from the moment we met him and he was always accessible to us to answer any of our questions and help us through the process. Some of the other agents we had out seemed not to see the potential in our property and said we couldn’t achieve the price we believed our property was worth. But within two days John exceeded our expectations and came through with his promise to get us an amazing price which was a record for the area. We would strongly recommend John Fischer to anyone thinking of selling and we would be happy to talk to anyone over the phone who would like to know about our experience with John.

John did a great job for us actually getting above our asking price. We were only half keen to sell but when he came back with three offers above the asking price we were happy to accept. John even got the 60 day contract we needed to negotiate a subsequent purchase. We would use John and Mark from PRD Nationwide Burleigh again. Mark and Rena

From the moment we called, John was professional in his attitude and knowledge. He not only helped us find a home, he took the stress out of the whole process for us. We were so thankful we contacted him, a very happy outcome for us. Thankyou!

John Fischer was extremely helpful and honest re all my enquiries when trying to purchase the house. There was a long period of negotiation when trying to purchase the house and an extremely long settlement period with several challenging issues to resolve. Throughout this whole period John was always responsive and acted very reasonably and professionally in chasing up and resolving any issues in a fair way for both buyer and seller. I have recomended john to friends selling houses which is something i wouldn't do for 90% of agents I have dealt with.
