John had good ideas and a dynamic approach. He did everything he said he'd do, and within very short time was showing our property to interested buyers. He knew how to present the property in the best light, offered to refund any advertising costs once the sale was verified, worked to get the best offers, and wasted no time in closing once we were satisfied with an offer. He was very open, personable and easy to communicate with. I'd recommend him to anyone else wanting a salesperson who can work for them to sell their property.

We had a block of land that we were selling privately, John rang after seeing the add in the paper on the off chance that we may need some help, I was a bit sceptical at first and told him to ring back in a week in which he did. We gave John the chance to sell the block as well and within a week we had offers $11000 above the asking price through him. I recommend John to anyone selling their property, he showed initiative to make the call from the add in the first place and then came through when needed. A great result.

My mother and I found John to be very professional, honest, knowledgeable, helpful and a great communicator. We had several other local agents out before deciding to go with John.
