Before joining the real estate industry, Taylor worked as a Service Coordinator for a global parking systems company, where she developed valuable experience managing client enquiries and coordinating services in a fast paced environment. She now applies those organisational skills, attention to detail, and calm, professional approach to supporting the day-to-day management of residential property. Known for her strong communication skills and willingness to help, Taylor enjoys working closely with both clients and colleagues to ensure every property management experience runs as smoothly as possible. Having Grace on our side is like a life hack she went above and beyond

I can’t speak highly enough about the experience we have just received from Grace. From the moment we phoned about a property management inquiry she started working and sending us quotes from tradies, professional hints & tips about how to get higher rent and how to attract the best tenant. She organised all this and found us a tenant in literally a few days. You don’t get people who work hard like this often. I’ll manage all our properties in Gold Coast through Grace @ prd
