After wasting 2 weeks with the previous agent without finding appropriate tenants, we contacted Amanda from Astute and enegaged their services. They advertised for the property in many different plaforms and the property was tenanted in a few days from when their service was engaged. Amanda and the girls at the office are very helpful and very nice. They kept us updated with every step and they answered all the questions during the process. Couldn't recommend them more

Sarah Allen the senior property manager has been like a family, she took all the time to listen and enquire all the worries of me and my partner, she made sure our family’s stay in our new home becomes a great experience, we are more than thankful for all her care and support while leasing blake street property to us. She dealt with us in the most generous and professional way so we don’t stress anymore about not getting the property, it was only her who made us feel relaxed since the process began. I would like to mention Brady Richardson the leasing consultant also, he helped us find the property in the first place, and he also helped us during our inspection and everything. Rachel has been so welcoming, her communication has been great and has really made me feel comfortable to talk to her about anything concerning my properties. After my rental property was on the rental market for 6 weeks with no interest, Rachel took on this what seemed impossible task and got me the price I wanted within less then a week of taking over the property. Her work ethic and drive to help where ever needed is unmatched. Rachel and the team have gone over and beyond to make sure the property was up to a great standard while on the rental market.
