Gerald kept us informed all throughout the steps fo the buying process. He answered all our queries and facilitated access to the property. He even organised to have the unit rented out ASAP after the settlement. The experience was good and Gerald easy to deal with. The property was open just for one day and sold then and there! Gerald went through the unit for us, checked that all was in working condition and organised extra things to be fixed prior to settlement. We are thankful for his time and care. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

We met Gerald over the phone and consequently spoke to him several times that day and for the next 2 weeks. His knowledge of the Southport area and several apartments was so useful. We were buying an apartment for our daughter, site unseen, which was a daunting process made so easy thanks to Gerald's experience and listening skills. Working with his seller we managed to negotiate an agreeable price for all concerned. Gerald has helped my daughter with all other needs in transferring and renovating a property for the first time.
