I initially purchased this unit from Gerald as a buyer about 3 years ago and it was a very smooth and pleasant transaction. Naturally when it came to selling my place I thought to go with Gerald given my excellent experience when purchasing this thru him. I sold this apartment during a flat market with very little market activity occurring. Gerald is a specialist when it comes to selling property in the Southport area and was able to secure some interstate buyers at a price very close to what I was asking. From start to finish on both occasions he was superb in his dealings, no nonsense straight to the point he’s evidently got many many years of experience selling property and I would gladly recommend and use his services again without hesitation. There were a lot of impediments standing in the way of my purchasing a property: my age as a senior citizen, my limited funds and borrowing power, negotiating with the bank, overseas funds, etc. There was also a lot of paperwork required. Gerald had all the skills and contacts to work our way through these - made what was potentially a nightmare into a very rewarding experience. I have already referred him to friends in Melbourne, and can recommend him to any buyer. He's a maestro.

We are writing to thank Gerald Adam at PRD Realty, for your help with our Apartment purchase at Victoria Towers in Southport QLD. We really appreciated your & Gerald's patience with our requests for short notice inspections & the way you were happy to let us take our time 'looking around'. Your willingness to answer any of our many questions, with no 'B.S.' answers was refreshing. After we placed the deposit on the apartment, Gerald helped us enormously by keeping the seller informed about our progress in selling our properties in NSW & reassuring her as we jumped over the hurdles in getting the finances arranged. This was much appreciated, as our conveyancer in QLD, seemed only interested in deadlines & possible repercussions of missing them, rather than helping us to overcome them!
