Wonderful, caring agent!
Whether your buying or selling a home we couldn't recommend a better agent then Gerald. As first time home buyers the process can be very daunting and stressful. Gerald assisted us every step of the way and made the entire process easy. He even stopped by to see how the move in was going and helped us move our fridge! Thoroughly Professional
Gerald Adam sold our townhouse at Arundel. We had two sales fall through but Gerald kept on going. He was very helpful and went out of his way on several occasions to do extra things. He is experienced and easy to deal with. We might not have got quite the price we were hoping for but that was not Gerald's fault and in the end we were pleased to get the sale away.

This was the second property Gerald has sold for us & as always he was efficient & courteous at all times. We were lucky enough to get a cash offer within 1 week of listing and as it was so close to our asking price we did not hesitate to accept. We would definitely use Gerald again next time we are looking to sell.

Recent Unit Purchase
I purchased a unit in the new Meriton block recently. Gerald Adam facilitated the purchase and I'd say he goes the extra mile and then some. He is an excellent agent. I could itemise and sing his praises but that would be over the top and advertising but I will recommend his services unreservedly.

I commend Gerald Adam and Kim van Cotter for the excellent service provided during the process of purchasing my apartment in Imperial Parade. Keeping me informed after each open house, answering my queries about the property in a very professional and friendly manner alieviated a lot of the stress associated with downsizing from my home to an apartment. Professional and hard working
Gerald was recommended to me through a friend and I found him to be very helpful and knowledgeable. My house sold very quickly and he kept me informed at all times of how the sale was proceeding. Personally, it was a difficult time for me and Gerald did his best to eliminate any stress or difficulties that could have eventuated - something I very much appreciated. He understood the situation and everything was achieved through tact and diplomacy.
