Honest, Proactive & Professional
Deardrie done an excellent job of selling our investment property despite a very un-cooperative tenant who was being difficult with access for prospective buyers. Deardrie made the most of any opportunity to show interested buyers the property & obtain two contracts on the property within 30 days of tenant vacating. The first contract fell over due to buyer not getting finance approved and the second buyer was signed within a week of the first contract falling through. thankfully property sold within 1 month of tenant vacating.
