With this particular unit we purchased there was an auction held at the office which John and I attended , also one other person on the phone which was also bidding , we were not successful with this bid which we offered so that was it . Several weeks later we see the unit back on the market , we put in an offer and yes it was accepted . Deardrie Keleher was the agent we were dealing with and we found her most pleasant and helpful with our purchase .
