I live in Sydney and was trying to sell my investment property in Wagga. I called a few agents and tried to get a feel for what they could do to assist me. I sent an email to PRD Nationwide and Ryan got back to me on the same day. He went out to the property and looked around and came back to me with a good price above what others had suggested and recommendations on what to do to the house to make it more saleable. After I signed up with Ryan he project managed all of the improvements for me and got much better photos done than the ones we had through our property manager. Throughout he called me to give me regular updates. After the improvements were sorted he listed the property on a Thursday and we had our first offer Friday. After the open house on Saturday we had an offer we accepted over and above anything any other agent expected. I was very impressed with Ryan and his team. He made the entire process effortless and easy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy credible agent.
