Awesome Experience
As first home buyer this was quite a massive decision for our family, we were extremely grateful to have Kyle as our agent throughout the process. Kyle was always available to answer any questions and always went out of his way to help with anything he could. We could not possibly be happier

Dealing with Helen from prd
ups and down I tried to contact Helen re a unit for sale one Friday ,however she had already taken a deposit which was disappointing but then 3 weeks later the finance fell through and Helen call me to say we could buy it . in these troubling time 2020 covid19. it took ages for our finance to come through but we have only the greatest respect for Helen we got what we paid for , now unit is rented out and were all happy .thank you Helen Next year we will be in contact to buy the next one .

Easy breezy
Annette responded immediately when I approached her with an interest in my now home. She promptly took me through for an inspection (in her own time on a Saturday afternoon); gave me all the information I needed to register my interest and worked around my insane work schedule with future correspondence. I felt Annette had excellent local knowledge of the complex I was buying into, she was enthusiastic, always well presented and professional. To top it off, Annette arranged the best house-warming gift picked especially to suit me! As this is my first property purchase, I've had several questions post-settlement and Annette has been more than happy to help with those too.

Over and way beyond
Helen was on top of my sale right from the first moment. She took the listing the beginning of lock down and was confident from the start that we would get a good sale. She spoke to neighbors and got us our first offer (Of many)within days. When the sale Completed she rectified a few issues without even bothering us with it. I can honestly say she was a star agent from start to finish.

He made it all so easy
I really can’t believe just how simple the whole process was with Dylan. He was always there whenever I needed to talk and always gave informed and sound advice. Dylan is a very professional person and his after sale performance is equally matched to is pre sale knowledge. If your looking to buy in the Whitsundays I would highly recommend at least talking to Dylan

Absolutely brilliant experience
We found Annette to be very pleasant and knowledgeable, nothing was to much trouble throughout process, we couldn’t have asked for better and were very happy with the outcome, we would recommend Annette to anyone wanting to buy or sell real estate, we would use Annette again in a heartbeat.

Someone whom listens and exceeds expectations.
We explained what our needs were after viewing a property with Annette , I must mention that this was a private viewing on a very hot day and Annette had the AC on making the experience a very thoughtful one . We then had a call from Annette to say she had a listing that was about to come up and it would be of interest. The moment we stepped into the property it ticked every requirement.We gladly offered full asking price and the deal was sealed .From our first experience u til yesterday when we moved in Annette has communicated and been available with the magic can do approach .This is my fifth purchase within a ten year span and we have never had this type of service before .
