From the beginning, Catarina demonstrated her knowledge and guided me with expertise to make what can be an overwhelming process so simplistic. She was accurate with her price guide and recommendations for minor repairs and touch ups to present the property in the best possible way. Living in Melbourne, it was important to find an agent I could trust to look after the property in my absence, she went to the property early in the morning before the open home to turn on the ducted heating for our buyers and I was confident that when she left the house was locked up and safe. After a successful first home open, Catarina spent all day Monday following up all groups which resulted in multiple offers with the property selling the next day!
