I chose to go with Catharina from a recommendation I had received. She is the most honest, thorough and go-getter agent I have come across in a long time. Catharina is super bubbly, uses her initiative and doesn't wait for an opportunity to come to her, she is proactive in chasing clients and the best deal for you. She was always prompt with calls, updated me regularly and was very transparent with the whole sales process. I found she didn't sugarcoat figures, she was realistic about pricing whilst always being proactive in getting the best figure for me. I've dealt with a few agents and Catharina is by far the best I've come across in Ballarat, I would highly recommend her.

Catharina and Rob were an amazing team with the sale of our property. They knew the market for our house and how to get the most out of a sale to get us the results we wanted. They answered our questions and both communicated clearly with us and at every step of the way without the overbearing ego that we've experienced with other agents. We can't recommend both Catharina and Rob highly enough.

Chris was fantastic to deal with when purchasing my new property. Very reasonable, not pushy in the slightest and made a good deal for both vendor and purchaser. He was thoughtful in considering the sale conditions to ensure a successful settlement and was very responsive throughout the entire process.

Catharina was fantastic, she helped us renovate and organise trades to prepare our house for sale. Her communication was excellent, always kept us informed and returned calls. Our eventual sale price was exactly what she predicted. Definitely recommend.

From day one Tash was exceptional. She was professional and knew the market well. She is a local of the Creswick area and treats you more like a friend than a client. If you are in the market id recommend Tash and the PRD Creswick Team. Even when Tash wasn't available we were in direct contact with Lyndall who was amazing as well We have now sold or home in a week and even lyndall helped us getting a rental while we find our forever home. Thank you Tash, Lyndall and PRD creswick
