The experience was so streamlined. All the staff from PRD Ballarat were easy to deal with and happy to answer the smallest of questions. Chris was always pleasant, knowledgeable and never pushy. The team at PRD Ballarat were efficient in promoting my property and working towards the best possible outcome for me in the sale. I can’t thank Chris and the team enough. It was easy to work with Chris, he understood the local market and communicated a clear process of what was to be done. Chris worked closely with my tenant to ensure that the impact on her was also minimised. Great team, great process, great outcome.

Chris has an exceptionally good understanding of the sale and marketing of lifestyle properties surrounding the wider district around Ballarat. He communicated with us promptly at each stage of the selling process. He helped us select an effective selling and marketing strategy. Following his explanation we felt comfortable selecting the "Expression of Interest" process which achieved the desired outcome. Chris is supported by a professional PDR team for settlement and documentation.
