My sincerest and heartfelt thanks to the professionalism, friendliness and assistance provided by Penny in the sale of my property. Her knowledge of the market and skills in selling are a credit to her and have made the whole process simple and easy for me as the vendor. I highly recommend her and PRD.

Catharina has been really thorough and has been fantastic at communicating with me throughout the whole process of selling my property. She ensured both the buyers needs, as well as mine as the vendor were met. She had a clear understanding of the market and what my property would sell for, as well as how to prepare adequately. She was always professional.

Hi Tash Thanks for your assistance with securing our rights to purchase the block at Creswick. Just letting you know this still hasn’t been able to be settled as yet due to delays with the vendor’s council permits being authorised

Penny's communication throughout this process has been second to none. As this is our first home, we've had lots of questions along the way and Penny has been extremely helpful and available at all hours to answer our questions. We would highly recommend Penny for anyone that is looking to sell or purchase their home. Thank you so much for all of your help along the way!

Catharina went over and above when selling my home. She helped me get tradies in to improve my home and that she did! Catharina helped me get an extra $80k and was a delight to deal with - she was as honest as the day is long and made a stressful time extremely easy. I would only ever want Catharina as my Real Estate Agent.

Tash was great to work with, she is passionate about her job and Community. She went above and beyond both myself as the seller, our tenants and the buyers were more than impressed with her style and how pleasant and thorough she is. Sold my house “in a minute” and got me more than I asked for. Thanx Tash and thanx PRD, she’s an asset to Company and Community Would recommend Tash in a heartbeat.

Tash got off the mark as soon as I expressed interest in a couple of properties she had listed. Her knowledge of the Hepburn Shire, and in particular the Creswick area was second to none. I found her down-to-earth, and very easy to talk to. She had a breadth of experience which made me feel very comfortable, especially during this stressful time (lockdown, etc). Communication was very easy with Tash and she responded to all my queries quickly and efficiently.

Both my wife and I would highly recommend Catharina to anyone thinking of buying or selling their house. On our first meeting with Catharina we were made to feel welcome. Her knowledge of the real estate market and communication with us was brilliant. Not only did we purchase our new house through Catharina we decided to sell our existing house through her as well. We couldn't recommend her enough. Thanks for making both transactions a memorable experience for us Catharina. Best regards Anthony & Donna
