To work successfully during a Covid 19 lockdown is a difficult task but to do it with a positive, enthusiastic and professional manner is incredible and that is exactly what Penny did whilst selling my property. She is an excellent communicator and works tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcome.

Very good communication from start to finish and not pushy like a lot of agents can be. Would definitely recommend him.

Richard was fantastic to deal with, great sense of humor and honest to a T. The house I was purchasing was not in good condition, and the condition was never sugarcoated throughout the hole process.

This is the second property Damian has sold for us, we find him honest and very professional in his dealings. We achieved outstanding results both times and most importantly inline with Damian’s estimates. We would highly recommend Damian to any potential sellers or buyers for that matter.

Chris has been a great help not just with the Purchase, of my soon to be new home. But over & above with extra help in these trying times. He is prompt, professional and goes out of his way to assist. I haven't even met Chris face to face but couldn't praise his work & passion to getting the job done highly enough. Looking forward to meeting you soon.

Penny was referred to me to sell our lovely property in Sebastopol. During the whole process, from start to finish, Penny listened and guided us with her market insight and knowledge. Her market knowledge was completely up to date with recent sales and then analysing and contrasting those sales to our property. The detail and analysing on the go was very impressive. She communicated regularly, stepping us through the process and keeping us up to date with the sale process plus potential external impacts such as COVID lockdowns. Penny was transparent to both vendor and buyer, both parties knowing where they stood. I believe this provided a good outcome for both. In summing up my experience, you couldn't go wrong engaging Penny from PRD Ballarat with her utmost professionalism, friendly nature, market knowledge, investment in the property/vendor/seller and finally her communication. Penny made this an easy and enjoyable process. Thank you Penny. Regards Stuart
