We have now dealt with Penny twice over the last couple of years, first to purchase our investment property and second to sell it. On both occasions, Penny was nothing but professional, friendly, helpful, motivated to get us the best possible outcome. The communication was always regular so we always knew what stage things were at. I couldn't recommend Penny more highly and we will definitely get Penny's help again if we decide to purchase or sell a property again. Thanks Penny for everything...PRD Ballarat are lucky to have you!

My recent experience of selling my home with Chris Leonard was excellent, Chris was friendly, very professional and very easy to work with, he stayed in contact throughout the whole selling process and updated me on the progress of the sale every couple of days, I would highly recommend Chris to sell your home, he is one of the best agents I have ever had the pleasure of working with, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy or sell through Chris again in the future, thank you Chris

Two days after getting an appraisal from Tash she found someone who wanted to look, we could not believe it sold so quickly. Thanks Tash for your kindness.

Tash is fantastic to work with. She is reliable, quick to respond to queries and very knowledgeable about the area I have bought in. The most important thing, though, is her honesty and the genuine care that she has for her vendors as well as purchasers. I highly recommend Tash for her knowledge, professionalism and warmth.

Catharina has been an absolute pleasure to work with on the recent purchase of our property. She is so warm and genuine and was very thorough in her communication throughout the entire process. She has a fantastic knowledge of the Ballarat property market and is without doubt the most pleasant agent we've worked with. We would highly recommend Catharina to anyone buying or selling!

We engaged Richard to give an appraisal on our properties about 2 years ago and was impressed by his honesty, professionalism and knowledge of the Ballarat property market. So earlier this year when we decided to look at selling one, we contacted Richard to have a discussion on where we thought the property was at value wise, and both of our estimates were similar. On the back of this we decided to list the property with Richard. Richard did a wonderful job under extremely difficult circumstances because of covid restictions, liasing with our tenants to get it listed on line, at a higher price than we had originally agreed. The day after listing Richard had 3 very good offers all above the asking price, one of which we accepted. We are very happy with the result. Richard displayed a great deal patience and professionalism through this difficult period.

We have used Chris four times for property transactions (both buy and sell), and to be honest would not trust anyone else. From a buying and selling perspective, he is professional, supportive, trustworthy, honest and fully transparent. Chris follows up throughout the entire process and as a buyer and seller puts your mind at ease. What really impresses me with Chris is that when you are selling a property I feel he advocates for both parties involved. Thanks again Chris. It won’t be our last transaction I’m sure.

Jake was very professional and friendly. During a time that can be stressful he was encouraging and positive. I had met Jake when looking at another property and was impressed with his knowledge of the property and liked his outgoing personality . I am glad I chose PRD and Jake and was very happy with the outcome.
