We are pleased to have purchased a delightful property and Chris's communication throughout the buying process was excellent. He was flexible about the inspections, kept us abreast of any developments, and checked in regularly. Chris went the extra mile to make this a great experience.

Our first experience with Chris was 17 years ago when we purchased our property at 137 Griffins Road Coghills Creek. Now we have come full circle with Chris negotiating the sale of the property. All through the process which for reasons had twists & turns, Chris remained upbeat & showed his professionalism in all facets of his marketing, personal involvement & drive to give us the best outcome. nothing was too much trouble & we all could have a goood conversation & a laugh over a cup of tea & scones. It has been a pleasure dealing with him.

We could not have hoped for a better agent. Catharina is so friendly and approachable and has a great knowledge of the Ballarat market. Her communication throughout the sale of our property was excellent and we really appreciated her honesty when seeking advice and feedback in relation to the sale. She was highly professional in every aspect, which was reflected in a quick sale and a price well exceeded our expectations. We are a step closer to retirement and can’t thank her enough!

Chris Leonard (PRD Ballarat) made both purchasing a new place and selling my first house a much less stressful ordeal. Chris has great communication skills and makes you feel at ease with the whole process. Chris will not over price your place just to get the sale, he is a genuinely good guy with your best interest at heart, so will tell you a realistic range. Chris went above and beyond with his support. You want someone you trust to sell your place and that is Chris.
Chris Leonard
Chris is very helpful and understands how to get along with Mr and Mrs Joe Average. Unlike other agents, he does not have his head in the clouds. In addition to this, he is not a pompous fake. If you want an agent that will give a very personalized service, then Chris is for you. He also, always, made time to communicate with our special needs son. Thank you Chris for helping us on our journey, to our next property.
