I found Penny to be very honest and helpful when I decided to put my house on the market. I have since recommended her to several people who have enquired about the sale of my home. Penny was always very professional and her research of sales in my area was very accurate. Penny had buyers for my house within a week.

Penny went out of her way to negotiate a deal for me and secure my purchase. I was able to talk with her anytime/anywhere. I phoned her outside normal working hours, she always took my call and actioned my requests.

Penny has been a massive help from start to finish with the sale of our house. She has carefully guided us to make informed decisions that best suited our needs, and has been really prompt with answering all our questions. Penny has a profound knowledge of the industry and a keen eye on residential market activity which got us a price for our house we were really happy with. Many real estate agents can come across pushy or even arrogant, but Penny has been the complete opposite - patient, fair and full of helpful advice that ultimately gave us the best possible outcome we needed.

We timed it right with high market prices and happy with the sale of our long-term investment property. I have been planning the sale for the last three years or so. Contacting Chris many times for the best timing and how to go about it. Chris has been very easy to communicate with giving me clear instructions and making life easy for us and the family renting our house, especially during the sale period, plus open days. Happy to recommend, thanks Chris

Tim was extremely empathetic during the sale of this property and assisted greatly with fantastic trades to get it ready for sale. He had great insight with the market we were targeting and achieved a result beyond our expectations. Tim listened to us with input with the sale. Tim turned this difficult sale into an easy and successful one. I rate Tim very high as a salesman and even better human being.
