Catharina rates 5 star in Redan

Easy Selling experience

Fantastic Experience!

Very professional but with a great endearing and caring approach. Nothing is a problem and Penny puts herself available at any time for vendors. If I had 10 houses to sell I would give them all to her to sell as she was constantly in contact and very reassuring with every viewing

Excellent agent for first time buyer
Catharina has been amazing from start to finish. Being easy to contact by either call, message or email and quick to respond every time. Catharina has a plethora of realestate knowledge that she didn't even have to scratch the sides of to help us buying a new home. Catharina had great recommendations in regards to building inspections and conveyancers as we are new to Ballarat and do not know whom to go to. Catharina has been ontop of our finances by messaging our home loan provider consistently to make sure that we are not forgotten. With Catharina's help we were able to get our finance processed in time. Would 10/ 10 recommend!
