My purchasing experience through Catharina was a joy, all of my needs were addressed promptly and expertly her knowledge of the property desired was excellent and totally honest as to the benefits and drawbacks of the property i purchased. In addition Catharina has helped me beyond what is expected of the best agents selling real estate which has been beneficial as I am new to this area and greatly appreciate the assistance given.

Richard has sold 2 houses for us in the past 6 months. In very trying Covid19 circumstances Richard was able to arrange viewing and sales very quickly. The first home in Delacombe was sold in about 3 weeks. Richard kept us up the date with update on inspections and we followed his marketing recommendations and advice. All the staff we were in contact with were very professional and thorough, they sent us beautiful gifts upon the settlements to. A lovely big bunch of Australian flowers for one settlement and a box arrived with lots and chocolates and a bottle sprakling wine with the other settlement. We would without doubt recommend PRD to anyone.

Damian has been a pleasure to work with. He has gone out of his way to answer the many questions and queries we have had in relation to purchasing our property, and no question has been too large or small. We greatly appreciated Damian's friendly common sense approach and his keen knowledge of the real estate market. All up, he helped us feel comfortable with the decisions we made, and we remain so!

We bought our country cottage through Tash six years ago and found her to be very professional and friendly, so she was the natural choice for us when we came to sell it. Tash has an excellent knowledge of the local market and the estimated value she gave for our property was spot on. Due to her superb networking skills we sold our house within 2 weeks through her existing customer base....it didn’t even make it to the internet. No costly advertising fees, no weeks of trying to maintain a house in pristine condition for opens for inspection, no styling required. She is fantastic and we can’t recommend her highly enough. Wish she could come and sell our Melbourne house for us!!

She is easy to contact and works very hard to get the right price. I really appreciate all she has done for my sales experience with her, and would recommend her to any buyer or seller.
