Penny knew exactly how to communicate the property to us, we were rushing to buy. But we were told by Penny that this location, the established property and the surrounding area is undeniable for a good purchase / future investment.

It was a difficult time with Covid-19 restrictions but Penny worked conveniently for our search for a suitable house, which was IMMEDIATELY suggested, followed up and is now our home! Really helpful. Replied to any messages or calls promptly. Was looking at several other properties at the time and replies sometimes took days. Really friendly and made buying a first house very relaxing. Went the extra mile, letting us in several times to inspect the property to ensure we were happy, which made the final decision easier.

Tash was so great. Seamless process, efficient and regular communication. She passionately showed people through our property. Giving me plenty of notice to have the house ready for inspections. Always a pleasant and happy nation. Which makes it much easier and very approachable when needing to communicate something to her. Tash has made our lives so much easier in selling our property. We would highly recommend Tash without a doubt. Don't go anywhere else. You wont find another agent in the area that really listens and works hard to get that price you are looking for. We hope to see Tash up in lights as Property Manager of the year. In the Creswick and Ballarat Region.
