Catharina is a wonderful agent
I was lucky enough to have Catharina as my agent for a recent purchase and sale in Ballarat. Catharina listened to what I was after and acted upon those wishes and achieved the purchase and sale prices that I was happy with. She was extremely accommodating in allowing family to inspect the property that I was purchasing at various times. I was also very fortunate to sell my property within a week of it being on the market. Catharina continues to keep in contact ensuring everything is going well with the new property. Cannot recommend Catharina highly enough.

Great Communicator

Wonderful skills in selling a home.

Sale of country property
Chris gave me confidence from the beginning. He had and has an excellent knowledge of the market and a fine memory of recent and long term sales in the area.
