I Found my dealings with Jason as A1 when recently selling/marketing our property. He is extremely professional, he makes sure your kept in the loop as soon as relevant and serious information comes to hand. No question of mine seemed to trivial. He was always contactable on the phone and if he did miss my call would call back very shortly after. This meant questions weren't left unattended for long which was great. Jason's apraisels of our property proved to be very accurate. Our house was on the market for 11 months with another real estate agency and we had received little interest from potential buyers. After this time, we decided it was time to make a change and made contact with Chris Leonard from PRD Ballarat. When Chris came on board, it was like a large weight had been lifted off our shoulders. His constant communication, status updates, honesty, recommendations and courtesy all made the process a much easier one. Chris' drive to make a sale and putting in 110% at all times, resulted in our house selling in just five weeks. If only we had have found him sooner!
