Adam recently sold 2 of our three units in creswick. He was able to negotiate a price that was on the upper end of our price range. We are very happy with the result he achieved. Adam was more than happy to attend building inspections and co ordinate a number of repairs needed by the builder. He communicated when things like cleaning or garden maintenance were needed. He always returned calls if I missed him and was happy to work in with any decisions we made, even if they were contrary to his advice. He listened to our needs and wants and made that happen. Having first met Michael when on the rental team, it’s been a great experience working with him again now he’s part of the selling team.
