Catharina has been absolutely amazing. We discussed our situation and the property and she took us through a comprehensive overview of market conditions and gave a great appraisal of the house. She was able to make recommendations on improvements to make prior to selling that fit into our budget and was also able to organise all of these herself, which made the process so much easier. We wouldn't have been able to get this price without her help, and her guiding us through the sale process was invaluable. She made the whole process stress-free and much easier than we anticipated. We just wish we had more houses to sell through her! She is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, and we always knew she had our best interests in mind. Can't recommend highly enough, just fantastic!

Tim has been a great agent though the whole sale of my house and helping us purchase a house. Tim was always ready to help and explain things when i didn't understand, he would always allow me to make discissions in my own time and explained everything myself and husband needed to know to make the proper decision.
