Tim helped my sell my first home. From the first meeting, I was impressed by his attention to detail and knowledge (including having already done his research on the property & sales all complied for me). I noted I wanted an agent who communicated well, didn’t waste time, and who could manage the process end to end - and Tim excelled. Photos done were amazing (and true to the property), and the house was on the market shortly. Tim arranged the open houses, communicated with interested buyers and kept me updated every single step of the way. He went above and beyond my expectations (and even checked for a lost parcel package!). We got not only my asking price, and but even the type of purchaser I’d hope for.
