I have recently invested in real estate for the first time, so am very much a novice. PRD have shown themselves to be perfect for my needs. They are very experienced and have assisted me in every step of the way. The property was newly acquired, they arranged the necessary maintenance and improvements, as well as all the statutory necessities (eg water compliance etc). They had good awareness of the market place and the rent range. They got an excellent tenant within a week of the property being listed. In terms of our ongoing interaction, they contact me as soon as issues arise, with suggested options and solutions. Very happy with them.
