Big props to Guy and Daniel at PRD Perez Real Estate! They made the whole property management thing hassle free for me. Even though I was in the UK with a big time zone difference, they kept me updated without me needing to chase them for info. I always knew when inspections were happening and got quick feedback on how they went, which was a huge relief. The photos were great, and they setup the ad pretty fast and eventually helped us find a tenant in a short time. Would definitely recommend them if you’re after a hassle-free experience!

Daniel and the rest of the leasing team at PRD were so helpful during my search for a new apartment. Due to a change in circumstances i needed to break my lease with my old apartment, the old leasing agent then started trying to scam me and charge added extras however i had the Team at PRD to back me up and sort it for me! Through the whole process they have reassured and advised me the best course of action, and they have made the process for starting our new lease straight forward and easy!
