Samantha and Daniel are both amazing property managers. They are extremely proactive when dealing with home incidents and is very easy to communicate with. They take very good care of our property and raises / resolve any issues effectively. They are warm and friendly and are willing to work through any concerns you have with you. 10/10 would recommend. I changed property managers to PRD two years ago and the team have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only do they provide constant communication when it is required, they cut out all the BS to get the job done right, and in a timely manner.
