From start to finish dealing with Rod and Premier in general was a pleasure. When listing our house with rod he walked us through the best ways to prepare it for sale. Also providing Contacts to stylists and other Third parties to help. The marketing material and content was spot on and the first open house attracted over 40 groups. The house sold the next day and Rod was at our door on a Sunday night at 6:30 with Contracts to sign then over to the winning bidders.
