Provides excellent honest down to earth advise, Gets things done with minimum of fuss.
Great communication and people skills. Reads the state of play and acts in your internes at all times. Takes all the stress away during the selling process and makes things happen easily. Has a very modern Conveyancing person available if needed (Highly recommended)

The Ultimate Professional
When it came to selling our house Richard, Simon, Allyse and all the team at Premiere Real Estate were fantastic. They offered smart advice that proved valuable in delivering an effective campaign which meant a short time on the market and a great sale price during these uncertain times of Covid-19. Mature and professional
We were impressed by Richard's local knowledge, showing his experience and commitment to the area. He was always ready to respond to questions, and if unavailable (e.g. eating dinner with his family) he'd respond right away to let us know he'd got the message and when he'd respond.

No one compares
Only if all salesmen were like Richard. Trusting, honest and real! Richard is highly recommended to all family and friends and has never let us down. He helped my husband and I many years ago build our property portfolio and thankfully it was a positive experience. Highly recommend - never met an agent like him!

Best Agent in town
Are you looking for a professional, hard working team to cater all your needs??? Look no further... đź‘€ Richard and his team are nothing short of fantastic. I received so much support from the beginning to the end. I felt completely looked after. They regularly kept me updated on what was going on. I absolutely loved how accommodating they were/are with my requests. Nothing was put in the "too hard basket" Premiere R/E also look after my investment property. I feel at ease knowing Richard and his team look after my property like it's their own. To add, they also want to look after my tenants so everyone is happy. Allyse who is a God saint to me. Challenging property
I would highly recommend Richard and the Premiere RA team! Our property that we had to sell was a challenge on many fronts as well as having a set timeline. Richard went above and beyond. Never failed to answer my questions (with loads of patience) and readily provided information. We sold the property way before deadline. A stressful situation made less stressful. Thankyou!

Exceeded any and all expectations
Richard went above and beyond to get a great result with sale of our home, all the while us living overseas. You will not find a more professional, yet personal and relatable agent.
