Michael Prentice is a long standing peninsula local who has been in real estate a long time. Michael is an expert in his field and is a very accommodating agent. I found Michael to communicate flawlessly between the vendor and the purchaser and no request was ever too difficult for him. A lovely trustworthy guy!

Prentice Real Estate was easy to deal with and Michael in particular had a wealth of knowledge of the Rye / Mornington Peninsula area. Michael was always happy to make time to speak with my wife and I either in person, at a property or over the phone. This type of open communication made it easy to make the right the decision on which property to purchase.
