He found buyers where the previous agent found none, he coped with international time zones (we went on holiday in the middle of marketing ). He kept us in the loop at all times. Luke was most professional selling our house in Toronto. He has good knowledge of the area and was right on the mark with the pricing of our property. Hence the property was sold after 3 weeks on the market. His communication has been 10 out of 10 with feedback of each open house and showing being relayed to us within 30 minutes of each visit.
