We met with Mark Kentwell some 12 months prior to selling our house to seek advise about improvements that could be done to maximise a future sale price, and when would be the best time to take the property to market. There is a degree of trepidation when selling a property and picking an agent to oversee the process. However with PRD Newcastle my concerns proved groundless.
