My partner and I were very happy as buyers through PRD. Our interaction with the team was always helpful and thorough. As a first home buyer I didn't mind the friendly auction system and particularly appreciated not having a real estate agent whispering in our ear during the auction! No issues with the paperwork side and no unexpected hold ups. Would recommend PRD from our experience. Only negative is the questionable ethics of blatantly being asked to give a 5 star rating but maybe being upfront isn't bad in this industry.
