I recently sold an investment property in Chipping Norton. As I live in another state, I contacted 3 different agencies to provide an appraisal. The professionalism showed by Daniel made the decision easy to go with him as my agent. What he offered was a far more transparent and professional service when I compared him to other agents. Daniel was quickly able to inspect the property around the timeframes of our tenant, he provided a full overview of the property, market analysis, detailed overview of how he would list and sell the property along with suggestions on what to do to property before putting it on the market to ensure maximum value for our property. When I listed with Daniel, he then went above and beyond getting trades to go through the property to provide quotes on works and constantly provided updates and photos to assist making the decisions from afar. The property was then marketed perfectly and received a large amount of interest immediately. Unfortunately our first offer which was received within a week fell through at the last minute, however Daniel was straight onto other options and was then able to secure another buyer and negotiate a deal which was beyond our expectations. One of the great things Daniel and Kirby were able to offer was transparent communication so I was consistently updated and was never wondering what was happening with my property.
