I want to commend Daniel Hall and his team at Prestige for a very successful outcome on the sale of our property today. The result was way beyond our expectations and his knowledge of the market and the people in it was clearly the major factor. The auctioneer also did a really fantastic job. However, it is not just the outcome I was happy with. Daniel was very responsive to all communications, and understood our unusual circumstances regarding timing of the auction and settlement. He was also very considerate to my mother who was feeling the wrench of moving out of a house she’d lived in for 52 years. We were very impressed with the team’s friendly nature and relaxed professionalism, and I would recommend Daniel and his team to anyone.
